Yani agar employee ne 27 saal service kar li hai lekin abhi 55 saal ka nahi hua, to sirf service ke basis par voluntary retirement nahi le sakta — dono conditions poori honi zaroori hain, “jo bhi baad mein aaye” wale rule ke mutabiq.

Compulsory Retirement Ke Liye Qualifying Service

Agar kisi civil servant ko 20 saal se kam qualifying service par compulsory retire kiya jata hai, to wo pension ka haqdar nahi hota.

Kya Count Hota Hai Aur Kya Nahi

Finance Department ki official FAQ ne kai specific cases clear kiye hain:
